Özgür KARAAĞAÇ

Özgür KARAAĞAÇ has specialized in sectors such as mining, construction, infrastructure, and maritime trade, with expertise in international procurement financing, banking and finance, project financing, and debt restructuring transactions.

KARAAĞAÇ has worked extensively in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, gaining significant experience in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including international commercial arbitration. He has represented many leading international and foreign companies in sectors such as energy, advertising, media, and tourism in the process of mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.

Having worked for over six years as a corporate law attorney in Istanbul, KARAAĞAÇ provided legal consulting services within the framework of the needs of international corporate groups. Since 2017, he has been providing legal consulting services to local and international providers, banks, financial institutions, and borrowers in structured financing, collateral, bond issuance, and initial public offerings in London.
