He focuses on cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions, primarily in the mining, construction, infrastructure, and shipping sectors.

He also concentrates on M&A transactions and corporate law as well as dispute resolution matters including international commercial arbitration. He represented major international and foreign corporations in connection with their acquisitions and investments in various sectors including energy, advertising, media, and tourism.

He worked for more than 6 years as a corporate lawyer in Istanbul, Turkey and provided day-to-day consultancy on corporate matters to international networks. He has been based in London since 2017 and advises domestic and international arrangers, lenders and borrowers on structured finance deals, securitization, covered bond issuances and initial public offerings.
